Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.
Corinthians 13:4-8

My greatest personal accomplishment, is a faithful marriage of over 25 years to my college sweetheart, Sira. We have three children. With a little bit of luck and a lot of love, we've made it work. Most days you will find me in Manhattan, working as an accountant. View my website here www.hornerwilliams.com

What you may not know about me
For fun I ran about 20+ marathons (since 1987, including Boston, New York and Washington, DC); ran 50 miles in under 10 hours (JFK 50 mile run, 2009); ran Penn Relays 20k in All American Masters qualifying time; and even ran 100 miles in about one day (Philadelphia 100 Mile Ultra Run, 2011); cycled more than 400 miles around Lake Placid, NY area in 2 days (2012) and did a triathlon. And, climbed Mount Washington, NH in the winter of 2017, on a negative three degree day with a 26 mph wind and skied out Tuckerman Ravine and Gulf of Slides. Winter is my favorite season. I've been described as "quiet yet effective," competitors may say "silent but deadly." Endurance and perseverance are my greatest gifts. I am named after my father, Horner; he is a Mason. I am extremely handy. Completely renovated, rebuilt, rewired, re-plumbered, re-tiled, re-doored, re-insulated, re-bricked, re-furnaced, re-windowed the entire interior of our home - one weekend at a time. Skied Telluride (twice), Snowbird, Vail, northern and southern California, and many places regularly on the East Coast and Canada; sail a Rhodes 19; Nikyu - Judo; enjoy archery, a glass of wine, chess, and all music (as sampled on this website) from classical, to Jazz, to today's top 40; own the autograph of Dr. Paul Siple, inventor of the term "wind chill."
